2.) Transaction Coordination – (Not available at this time) Your Real Estate BBVA can assist you with your transaction coordination from the time you open escrow until your file closes. Your Real Estate BBVA will review all contracts, disclosures, documents for signatures, initials, dates, and other missing and/or incomplete information for DRE and Contractual Compliance with your Broker. We will interact as needed throughout the transaction with the cooperating agent or their assistant, escrow, title companies, or other vendors involved in the transaction. In addition, we will provide you with weekly updates on the status of your file to ensure a smooth and stress-free closing!
3.) Virtual Tours – (Upload virtual tours provided by you to your website).
4.) Creating Flyers – Multiple Template choices available (4).
5.) Craigslist ads (posting several times a week) or other source of advertisement such as Facebook.
6.) Updating your website to reflect the listing, and all pertinent information.
7.) Administrative Support, Bookkeeping (Quickbook entry of your expenses throughout the year for your tax accountant)
8.) Email marketing with Mailchimp, Aweber or Constant Contact.
9.) Social Networking– Your Real Estate BBVA can assist you with your social media networking and assist you in streamlining your efforts. Whether it is managing WordPress blog posts, photo uploading, daily upload of CraigsList, all this will create back links to your website when done correctly and gets your name out there so you are seen as an expert in your field in your area.
